C1Q COMPLEMENT
C1q concentrations may be decreased in Acquired angioedema, Immune Complex induced vasculitis and concurrent low concentrations of C1 inhibitor, Carcinoma or Lymphoma. This assay is useful in the diagnosis of C1 deficiency and for investigating a patient with an absent Total complement (CH50) level.
